The Ukrainian Association of Washington State is thrilled to be a presenting partner with the Meaningful Movies Project for the in person screening of the award-winning Ukrainian documentary “20 Days In Mariupol,” directed by the Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and filmmaker, Mstyslav Chernov. Earlier this year, the film won the audience award at the Sundance Film Festival.

On February 25, 2023, at 12 PM, we will meet at the Mural Amphitheatre at Seattle Center, where we gathered with the Ukrainian-American community of Washington State multiple times last year to stand in solidarity with the brave people of Ukraine to mark 365 Days of Defending Freedom. We want to remind everyone of the ongoing struggle for human rights, democracy, and dignity in Ukraine, and of the resilience and courage of the Ukrainian people in the face of adversity. 365 Days of Defending Freedom. 365 Days of Resilience. 365 Days of Fight for Democracy. 365 Days of Dignity.
